As you probably already know, I have started to focus more on my abs and obliques, since this is one of those most problematic areas for me.
I have been looking for some good videos showing how to work on those target areas in the most effective way,
but at the same time, not spending my whole day exercising.
So I have found this video and started doing these exercises and was amazed by the quick results –
first, I noticed that my abs hurt next day which means they do work!
The other thing that I like is that I totally see the difference after just a few days
(4 to be exact) which was not so with most other exercises and workouts.
I encourage you to try these simple exercises – they seem to be super effective! At least for me 🙂
